To ensure items are still available for buyers, after 30 days if your item has not sold you may receive an email to confirm the status and prevent them from expiring.
- If no action is taken, a second reminder is sent.
- If the listing still isn't reactivated after a final notice, it will be remove from the site.
How to reactivate a listing
If your items are still available, you can reactivate them in a few steps:
- Go to My Listings
- Find the listing you'd like to keep active
- Click Make Active
What happens after a listing is removed?
Your listings aren't gone for good. You can find them anytime in the Past Listings section, located within your My Listings page. From there, select Make Active on any listing you'd like to bring back.
Things to note
- You'll always receive multiple email notifications before a listing is removed — no surprises.
- Reactivating a listing resets the clock!
