What is the Return Policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for fit, preference, or change of mind. If an item doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to re-list it for sale on the site.

 

What If My Item Is Damaged or Not as Described?

If your item arrives damaged or in a different condition than what was described in the listing, you may submit a claim for a refund.

 

Here’s how it works:

You must contact the support team within 3 days of delivery We’ll ask for a brief explanation and photos of the issue If we confirm the item was misrepresented, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label You’ll have 6 full business days to ship the item back Once the return is received, you’ll receive a full refund

 

Requests made after the 3-day window cannot be accepted

 

Please note: Refunds are only issued for items that are misrepresented. Normal wear consistent with the listing, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for return or Refund.
